Initiate Your Return
Log into your OG Kicks account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shoebox and use an outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit; ensure all original tags and accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our authentication team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
